Larry A. Miller - Larry Miller is President of The RetailControl Group, RetailControl.com and The National Retail Research Group…and was also the Founder and CEO of TRAX Retail Solutions (a retail business intelligence technology company) of Scottsdale, Arizona.
Larry co-wrote the Cornel University Manager’s Guide to Loss Prevention Best Practices and personally oversaw the implementation and impact measurement of exception-based reporting, data mining and business intelligence software systems for more than 980 U.S. retailers.
He has personally trained over 2,000 Store and District Managers in Best Practice Systems, designed to help retailers standardize store operations controls and behavior and has served as a nationally recognized speaker and Loss Prevention /Store Operations Control trainer and consultant for over 20 years. In this capacity, he has worked for the National Grocers Association, the Food Marketing Institute, five major food wholesalers, six universities and more than fifteen state trade associations.

Don Johnsey - Don Johnsey has been involved in retail auditing, loss prevention, and systems analysis since 1973. Don works with retailers on assessing their shrink control practices and areas of possible loss. Most recently, Don completed a project with Horn & Associates directing an accounts payable recovery audit for the State of Texas.

Fran Clark – As an Executive Consultant for RetailControl.com, Fran Clark has specialized in helping companies and franchisees achieve significant profit gains through the use of point-of-sale solutions for smarter Loss Prevention and store operations control.
During his tenure as Vice President of Business Development & Key Account Relations at TRAX Retail Solutions, Fran held full responsibility for implementing solutions for major supermarket clients throughout North America and Europe.
